The plan you picked simply continues, now paid, with exactly the same features. To stop, cancel from your App Store or Google Play account before day 7 and you won't be charged.

No. One subscription covers the family: up to 3 people on Essentials, 10 on Unlimited. Each person joins with their own account, included in your plan.

Yes. You can move up to Unlimited or down to Essentials anytime from the app.

They stay. You can still open the app and see everything you've kept. Adding new memories needs an active subscription.

Only the people in your family, and only what you share with them. Each memory can be private, parents only, grandparents, the whole family, or people you pick. Nothing is ever public, and there's no feed.

Yes. Invite them with a link from the app. As grandparents they can add memories, edit what they wrote, comment and react. Parents decide who's in the family.

Yes. On a child or pregnancy profile, one switch keeps growth, milestones and appointments to parents only.

Yes, the family gets a notification when someone adds a memory, comments or reacts. Edits to an existing memory don't send a notification.

Yes. Parents can invite and remove family members anytime.

Yes. You can download and share individual memories on any plan. Downloading full yearbooks, keepsakes and growth reports is part of Unlimited.

Everything is backed up to the cloud. Sign in on your new phone and it's all there.

Yes. Save a memory anywhere; it's kept safely on your phone and shared with your family as soon as you're back online.

Not yet. Today you can keep photos, voice notes, letters, reflections, feelings, milestones and Canvas pages.

Yes, anyone in the family can delete their own account from the app's settings.

If you're the family's owner, deleting your account also deletes the family's profiles and memories, for everyone. If you joined someone else's family, the memories you added stay with that family unless you delete them first, or ask us to remove them. If there's something you'd like to keep, download it first.

No. It started as a place for a baby's first year, and now it's for the whole family: pregnancy, children of any age, grandparents, and you.

Not at all. Dads, partners, grandparents and anyone else who loves the family can keep memories too.
