Delete your account or data.
This page is for The Days We Keep, the family memory app by Agubit Technologies Inc. You can delete your account yourself in the app, or ask us below and we'll do it for you within 30 days.
Delete it yourself, in the app
- Open The Days We Keep and sign in.
- Go to the Family tab, then Your Account.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play first, so you aren't charged again.
What's deleted
- Your account and your sign-in details.
- If you own the family: its profiles, memories, photos, voice notes and Time Capsules, for everyone in it.
- If you joined someone else's family: your account. The memories you added stay with that family unless you delete them first, or ask us to.
What we keep, and for how long
- Purchase records, for as long as tax and accounting laws require.
- Crash reports, which are deleted automatically after 90 days.
- Everything else is deleted within 30 days of your request, and we'll email you when it's done.
Please include
- · The name on your account.
- · The email you registered with. Writing from it helps us confirm it's you.
- · Your account number, if you have it (Family tab › Your Account).
