Questions about plans
Is there a free version?
There's a free 7-day trial instead, on either plan. Essentials is $4.99 a month or $34.99 a year. Unlimited is $9.99 a month or $59.99 a year.
What happens when the trial ends?
The plan you picked simply continues, now paid, with exactly the same features. To stop, cancel from your App Store or Google Play account before day 7 and you won't be charged.
Do family members need to pay too?
No. One subscription covers the family: up to 3 people on Essentials, 10 on Unlimited. Each person joins with their own account, included in your plan.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can move up to Unlimited or down to Essentials anytime from the app.
What happens to my memories if I cancel?
They stay. You can still open the app and see everything you've kept. Adding new memories needs an active subscription.
