Subscription & Payments
Free Trial
New users get a 7-day free trial of The Days We Keep Premium. You can cancel anytime during the trial without being charged.
Subscription Plans
After your trial, you can choose to subscribe to The Days We Keep Premium for additional features like unlimited storage and multi-device sync.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period.
Refunds
We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase if you're not satisfied. Contact our support team for assistance.
Service Availability
We work hard to keep The Days We Keep running smoothly 24/7. However, we may occasionally need to perform maintenance or updates. We'll do our best to notify you in advance of any planned downtime.
