The Memories Builder lets you create custom memory pages using photos, text, stickers, and templates.
It's perfect for:

Can I export my memories?

Will my photos lose quality?
No. Photos are stored and handled carefully to preserve quality while optimizing storage and performance. We use industry-standard compression that maintains visual quality while ensuring fast loading times.

Free users can upload up to 500 photos. Premium users get unlimited photo storage. All photos are securely backed up to the cloud with Premium.
Can I add videos to the timeline?
Currently, The Days We Keep focuses on photos and memories. Video support is on our roadmap based on user feedback. Let us know if this is important to you!
What stickers and templates are available?
Free users get access to basic stickers and templates. Premium users unlock 500+ hand-crafted stickers and 100+ professional templates, including seasonal designs, milestone themes, and print-ready layouts.

What growth data can I track?
With the Growth Tracker, you can track:

Does the app show growth percentiles?
Yes! Growth charts include WHO (World Health Organization) percentile visualization to help you understand your baby's growth trends over time. This is the same standard used by pediatricians worldwide.
Can I edit or delete growth entries?
Yes. You have full control over your data and can edit or delete entries anytime. This is helpful if you need to correct a measurement or remove duplicate entries.
Can I share growth charts with my pediatrician?
Absolutely! You can export growth charts as PDF reports to share with your pediatrician during check-ups. This provides a complete picture of your baby's development over time.
How often should I update growth data?
Most parents update growth data after pediatrician visits or monthly at home. You can set reminders to help you remember to log measurements regularly.

What milestones can I track?
The Baby Milestones feature includes hundreds of developmental milestones across:

Can I add custom milestones?

How do I mark a milestone as complete?
Simply tap on any milestone to mark it complete. You can add the date it happened, attach photos, and write notes about the special moment. All completed milestones appear in your baby's timeline.
What if my baby reaches milestones at different times?
Every baby develops at their own pace, and that's completely normal! The Days We Keep shows typical age ranges for milestones, but there's no pressure. The app is designed to celebrate your baby's unique journey, not compare them to others.
Multi-Baby Profiles
Can I track more than one baby?
Yes! The Multi-Baby Profiles feature supports unlimited baby profiles, each with their own:
- Photo timeline
- Growth charts

Will data from different babies mix together?
No. Each baby profile is completely separate to avoid confusion. You'll never accidentally add a photo or milestone to the wrong baby's profile.
Can I switch between baby profiles easily?
Yes. You can switch profiles instantly with one tap from within the app. Perfect for parents with twins, multiples, or children close in age.
Is Multi-Baby available on the free plan?
Free users can create up to 2 baby profiles. Premium users get unlimited profiles, perfect for growing families.

Is the Journal private?
Yes. Journal entries are completely private by default and only accessible to you. They're encrypted and never shared with anyone, including other invited parents (unless you choose to share).

Absolutely. You can write as often or as little as you like — daily, weekly, or whenever inspiration strikes. Set reminders to help build a journaling habit.
Can I export my journal entries?
Yes! Premium users can export journal entries as PDF files. This is perfect for creating a keepsake book of your parenting journey or sharing selected entries with your child when they're older.

What is Cloud Sync?
Cloud Sync keeps your data synchronized in real-time across multiple devices when you're logged into your account. Changes made on one device instantly appear on all your other devices.
What is Cloud Backup?
Cloud Backup securely stores a complete copy of your data so it can be restored if you reinstall the app, change devices, or experience data loss. Backups happen automatically in the background.
Is my data safe in the cloud?
Yes. Your data is encrypted with bank-level security and securely stored. Only you (and invited parents, if enabled) can access it. We never read, analyze, or share your personal data.
Can I restore my data on a new phone?
Yes. Simply log in to your account on the new device and restore your backup with one tap. All your photos, memories, growth data, and journal entries will be restored exactly as you left them.
Do I need internet for Cloud Sync?
You can use The Days We Keep offline, and your data will sync automatically when you reconnect to the internet. This is perfect for parents on the go!
How much cloud storage do I get?
Free users get 1GB of cloud storage. Premium users get 50GB, which is enough for thousands of high-quality photos and years of memories.

Who owns my content?
You do. All photos, memories, journal entries, and data belong to you. The Days We Keep simply provides the platform to store and organize your content securely.
How is my data encrypted?
We use industry-standard AES-256 encryption for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. This is the same level of security used by banks and financial institutions.
Can I delete my account and data?
Yes. You can request account deletion and permanent data removal at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
Is The Days We Keep COPPA compliant?
